RAXEDO provides our customers with products in excellent condition and ensures smooth and faster delivery. Orders of Rs. 999 or more, will be delivered to your doorstep free of cost.
When packaging is damaged, tampered with, or open, you have the right not to receive the parcel. If refusing the parcel, the consumer must inform RAXEDO by contacting us by sending a message or email at info@raxedo.com.
RAXEDO works with reliable delivery partners to ensure the safe and smooth delivery of your orders. Once your order is dispatched, you will be notified via email or SMS about the delivery details. If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges will not be refunded. Order value is calculated after applying discounts GST or any other applicable charges
If the order is canceled, lost, or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online. For orders below Rs 1499/-, there will be a shipping and delivery charge of Rs 149/-. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. We take care to package items safely and securely to ensure they arrive in good condition.
