SHIPPING POLICY
Raxedo provides our customers with products in excellent condition and ensures smooth and faster delivery.
When packaging is damaged, tampered with, or open, you have the right not to receive the parcel. If refusing the parcel, the consumer must inform Raxedo by contacting us by sending a message or email at info@raxedo.com
Raxedo works with reliable delivery partners to ensure the safe and smooth delivery of your orders. Once your order is dispatched, you will be notified via email or SMS about the delivery details.If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges will not be refunded. Order value is calculated after applying discounts GST or any other applicable charges
If the order is canceled, lost, or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount Excluding any shipping charges, if paid online. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.We take care to package items safely and securely to ensure they arrive in good condition.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Need to return or exchange the product, no worries, write an email including your order number and the product name to Info@raxedo.com
Returns or exchanges are possible within 7 days after receiving the goods and products, but only limited to applicable returnable products. Items that are listed with a discount of 50% or more are not allowed to request for return or exchange and Items having a discount of 49% or less are eligible for refunds and exchange. Please keep in mind that any shipping or cash on-delivery charges are not eligible for a refund.
For returning and exchanging an item, the courier partner will pick up the return or exchange products within 2-3 working days after the user requested the returned item will be transported to our warehouse, where we will process a quality check on the returned products which takes 7-10 days. The product must not be used, or worn, and have its original tags attached. Worn or damaged products are not accepted and once the return request is processed, the return will be initiated as soon as possible
After passing the quality check, the full amount will be refunded as a store credit/coupon code. Most importantly note that shipping or cash on delivery charges are non-refundable.
There will not be any additional charges for exchange orders. In the case, where new order costs less, the user will receive a Coupon code for the rest of the balance amount. The exchange of the product size is subject to the availability of the product sizes.
If you need to cancel your order, please write an email to info@raxedo.com with your order number and reason for canceling the order. Note that orders are only allowed to be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once the item has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. When you request to cancel the order before receiving a shipping notification email, your cancellation request will be processed the next working day. If your order has already been dispatched, we will attempt to cancel it, but the shipping charges will not be refunded
